Join the YPEP

The Youth Political Engagement Project works to encourage DC public school students to pay attention to and understand politics by educating them about relevant topics and showing them how these issues affect them directly. YPEP is a nonpartisan project of the GW College Democrats.

Join our team in the DC AIDS Walk!

Come join the GW College Democrats for our first team walk of the year. AIDS Walk Washington is an annual event dedicated to finding a cure and fighting the spread of AIDS. So come join the College Dems for a brisk 5k walk and a rewarding Saturday morning of helping out our local community. The walk officially begins at 9 am so we plan on meeting at the Foggy Bottom Metro around 8 am.
