The LULAC National Legislative Conference and Awards Gala highlights critical legislative issues affecting Hispanic Americans and recognizes key leaders who have served the Hispanic community well. At this year’s Conference LULAC will present its policy issues to council members and will present awards to three distinguished elected officials at the eighteenth gala, which will occur on February 11th in Washington, DC. LULAC will also be celebrating their 86th anniversary of LULAC.
LULAC is seeking lively, upbeat individuals with a willingness to take on various tasks to join them during this historic event as volunteers! Volunteers are needed to fill shifts throughout the evening and night of February 11, 2015 (4 PM -10 PM). The event is “Black Tie” and volunteers need to be prepared to dress accordingly. Volunteers will be required to arrive early to assist with logistics.
