Editor of The Statesman: Gillian McHale (SMPA, 2008) Gillian McHale is a senior from Doylestown, PA majoring in Political Communication with minors in French Language and Literature and Geography. Gillian began working for her local Democratic party at the age of 13. Throughout high school, she worked on various political campaigns in her native Bucks County, ranging from County Commissioner to U.S. Senate. This past summer, Gillian was the Young Democrats Coordinator for the Chris Serpico for State Senate campaign and an intern for Patrick Murphy for Congress.
