The Office of Congressman John Sarbanes (MD-03), seeks unpaid interns for his Washington, DC office during the fall and winter/spring semesters. Responsibilities include daily front office operations, data entry, addressing constituent concerns, conducting Capitol tours, attending congressional briefings, and assisting staff members with various tasks, research, and special projects. Applicants should be friendly, energetic, hardworking, and detail-oriented. Candidates should be able to devote at least two full days a week.
