- Hosted President Clinton’s Health Policy Strategist Chris Jennings
- Hosted Darfur Activist Steven Kreiger
- Sponsored a book signing for Senator Chuck Schumer (D-NY)
- Sponsored a Middle East Security forum featuring Congressman Robert Wexler (D-FL)
- Co-sponsored a DC Mayoral Primary Debate with The Washington Times
- Attended campaign rallies with former President Bill Clinton, Senator Barack Obama (D-IL) Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV), Senator Jim Webb (D-VA), Former Governor Mark Warner (D-VA), and Governor Tim Kaine (D-VA)
- Attended a discussion with Senator Paul Sarbanes (D-MD)
- Attended a film screening with Congressman Patrick Murphy (D-PA) and Iraq War veteran Tammy Duckworth
- Hosted a Freshmen Debate between the College Democrats and College Republicans
- Hosted a DNC Grassroots Training Skills Summit
- Hosted an Earth Day activism event
- Attended the DNC Winter Meeting/College Democrats of America Convention – met every single 2008 Democratic Presidential candidate
- Hosted a Welcome Party for College Democrats from all across the country
- Campaigned for a Democratic Senate in Pennsylvania and Virginia in Fall 2006
- Held a fair to bring together all of GW’s progressive groups
- Participated in debates with the College Republicans and College Libertarians
- Held a Blood Drive competition against the College Republicans and won!
- Built a house in Northeast DC with Habitat for Humanity
- Held a Moveon.org Campaign Rally
- Held a “Progress Through Poetry” slam poetry reading
- Held a State of the Union Watch Party
- Hosted a T-Shirt Advocacy Day
- Screened “The War Room,” “American Blackout,” and “Iraq For Sale”
- Hosted GW’s Election Night Party, which received international news coverage
- Hosted a watch party for the first debate of the Democratic Primary Season
