Finance Internship – Arum Group LLC
The Arum Group, LLC is a Washington, DC based Democratic consulting firmspecializing in political and non-profit fundraising, campaign training, andspecial events.
Responsibilities includebut are not limited to assisting in office administration, event planning,scheduling, and program execution. Interns will possess aprofessional demeanor, the ability to multi-task, and a high level ofefficiency. Interns should be able to commit a minimum of 10 hoursper week. Excellent verbal and written communications skillsrequired. Must have basic computer and word processing skills (Windows,MS Office, including Word, Powerpoint, Excel, and Access). CallTime, opensecrets.org,and NGP experience a plus. Interns will work directly with Principal oforganization and will receive training on fundraising fundamentals. Theywill participate in Call Time with members of Congress and organize and staffevents for clients.
Currently,internships are unpaid but transportation stipends are negotiable. Officeis conveniently located near Union Station metro. Spring internshipsbegin Monday, January 9th, however, we are open to alternate startdates dependent on the applicant’s schedule.
